Description

This green tea is crafted with care and passion in Brittany, in the Blavet Valley.

Green tea is a tea whose oxidation is halted shortly after harvesting in order to preserve the freshness and aromatic qualities of the leaves.

The leaves used to make this tea come from a fine hand-plucking standard consisting of one bud and one to two leaves. They are harvested from our Longjing 43 (龍井43) tea plants, an iconic cultivar originating from Zhejiang Province, China, renowned for the delicacy of its young shoots and particularly well suited to the production of high-quality green teas.

Grown and artisanally processed in Brittany, in our Blavet Valley workshop, this tea produces an elegant liquor with notes of fresh chestnut, tender hazelnut, and spring green vegetables, supported by a beautiful umami sweetness and very low astringency.
