- Harvesting of different cultivars
- Hands-on: White tea processing
- Tasting workshop: Handmade tea & The 7 colors of tea
- Hands-on: Green tea processing (traditional Chinese method)
- Introduction to various tea processing machines
Day 2 (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Visit to Plantation No. 2
- Hands-on: Black tea processing
- Introduction to a potential economic model for tea production in Europe
- Tasting workshop: Handmade tea
