Two years old at least and ready to be planted. Delivered in 8cm pots.

This Azores Tea Plant has the following characteristics : 

🌿 Large light green leaves
🌱 Rather large development
🌳 Average precocity
💪 Average resistance to cold and drought

⚠️ Before ordering a tea plant ⚠️

The Camellia Sinensis var. Sinensis tea plant is a slow-growing, evergreen shrub that can reach 2-3 meters in height and the same in width after around twenty years. Generally well adapted to temperate to continental climates, it can withstand sub-zero temperatures down to -12°c, and even -15°c on certain cultivars.

It requires acid soil (pH<6), preferably > 60% humidity, medium to high rainfall, well-drained soil and exposure to sun or shade.
