Learn how to craft tea

Practical Training Courses

Multi-day practical courses to deepen your expertise

In our workshop, near the tea garden in the Blavet Valley, come and learn to make tea over several days, from hand-picking the tea leaves to the processing stages.

Ancestral know-how
accessible locally

These workshops – in French language at the moment – offer a complete immersion into artisanal tea-making, combining practical and theoretical knowledge.

From the care given to cultivating the tea plant to the delicate hand-picking of fresh leaves, and through the various processing stages, participants explore every aspect of the craft. Using semi-manual machines such as the tea wok, the withering/oxidation steamer, the rolling machine, and the dehydrating oven, they gain essential hands-on experience.

Finally, each participant leaves with a sample of the tea made during the workshop, allowing them to extend the experience and share their learning with other enthusiasts.
