More than 200 of you came to meet us in the heart of the Blavet Valley to celebrate the awakening of our tea bushes! We had a wonderful time in your company, with guided tours through the tea plants, explanations about tea processing and a beautiful tea ceremony.

Between the raindrops that surprised us at the end of the day, we were able to make the most of every moment, meet you all and even see some of you again, having already been here last year! Thank you for your loyalty.

Educational and fun activities for all

With Céline, our cultivation manager, you were able to discover or rediscover, exchange and share knowledge about the history of tea and the cultivation of tea bushes: what did you learn? Were there any things that surprised you?

Then we left you in the capable hands of Elodie (@Sonori_tea), a tea sommelier trained in Japan. She transported us to a world of serenity with her spellbinding tea ceremony! As you may have noticed, Elodie used the magnificent ceramics of Véronique Maury, who did us the honour and pleasure of travelling from the south of France to add a touch of elegance to our event!

To round off the tour, Jakez Hubert, our tea-maker, specialist in oolong tea and creator of his own tea (Roches de l’Ellé), passionately shared the secrets of tea processing under our temporary tent.

Finally, the beautiful music of Tristan Le Govic’s Celtic harp brightened our hearts in the midst of the tea fields, despite the torrential rain that poured down on us.

We’d like to extend our warmest thanks to all those who took part, all of whom are passionate about tea, and without whom the Tea Festival wouldn’t be a festival!
