This black tea is made from tea leaves carefully and passionately harvested from our Cuilü cultivars in Brittany, in our Blavet Valley plantations.

Description

This black tea is carefully and passionately crafted in Brittany, in the Blavet Valley.

A “black tea” is defined by fully oxidised leaves. The leaves used to create this tea come from a fine hand harvest, consisting of the bud and one to two young leaves, picked from our Cuilü cultivars. They are then processed in our workshop in the Blavet Valley.

The black tea processing steps at Filleule des Fées: shade withering at room temperature, rolling, oxidation under humid air, followed by final low-temperature drying.
