Description
This green tea is made with care and passion in Brittany, in the Blavet Valley.
Green tea’ is tea whose withering has been stopped and whose leaves are not oxidised. The leaves used to make this tea are hand-picked from our Cuilü tea bushes, a cultivar that is particularly well-suited to making green tea. They are then processed in our workshop in the Blavet Valley.
Uninfused, the processed leaves are twisted and have a vegetal, gourmet nose, with a fruity (fresh apple/citrus) facet.
The infusion of this Breton green tea is a light yellow-green colour. The flavour is acidic and slightly bitter, with a hint of umami to add mellowness. The texture has supple but present tannins, with a slight astringency at the base for a well-balanced finish. Its aroma is green vegetal, with a hint of iodine.
10g sachet.
